Shipping & delivery

Ready-stock pieces ship from Bandung within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days on Java and 3–7 business days elsewhere in Indonesia.

Shipping is calculated per shipment at checkout. If your order mixes ready-stock and pre-order pieces, it is split into separate shipments, each with its own delivery estimate and tracking number.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces are made in a single run after the pre-order closes. Each product page shows the closing date and the estimated delivery window.

Pre-order items ship separately from ready-stock items. You pay for the whole order at checkout, including shipping for each shipment.

Payment

We accept QRIS and bank transfer. After you place an order we hold your pieces for 1 hour while you complete payment. If payment isn't received in time, the hold is released and you can reorder from the order page.

Cancellations & refunds

Before payment you can cancel an order instantly from the order page.

After payment, you can request a cancellation from the order page. Our team reviews every request and will update you once it is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or bank account, and you can follow the refund status on the order page.
